Q: What is your preferred method of payment?
A: Zelle, Venmo, Cash & and all major credit cards are accepted. A small processing fee is applied when using a credit card.

Q: How do I book you for my wedding or event?
A: Go to the contact page and fill out the booking information. I will respond with all the information you will need so we can start our glam process!

Q: How come I didn't see any packages on your site?
A: I’m flexible when it comes to my clients, if packages are set up they would be individualized.

Q: What brands of makeup do you use?
A: I love Clean products that work well with everyone, that being said, I do also have some faves from other brands! Lines you’ll find in my kit , Jane Iredale (majority), Tarte, Charlotte Tilbury, Melt Cosmetics, P.Louise, NARS, MAC, Makeup Forever, Ben Nye, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Makeup by Mario, Dose of Colors, and many more.

Q: Do you travel to my location or do I have to come to you?
A: I work on location (meaning I come to you) throughout Palm Beach County without any travel fee.
Outside of Palm Beach County, a travel rate will be applied……
I do also have a small studio and salons who I partner with, where I can have you come to me if need be.

Q: Why do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
A: This fee is to protect myself and you – the client. When the non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit is received, both parties will sign an online service agreement understanding my services, time and place of the event, assuring the date you have booked will not be taken by another client, etc.

Q: Do you do hair?
A: I do offer limited hair services, such as beach waves. Please contact me directly for any questions.

Q. What happens if I cry/sweat?
A: Not to worry! Everything used for weddings and other events are waterproof, from the foundation to the mascara.

Q: Is there a Travel Fee?
A: Within Palm Beach County there is no additional travel fee. However, if traveling outside of this county, there will be an additional fee.

Q: Are you available for travel?
Yes!
For now; currently only in the US due to CoVid-19 and following all covid sanitation requirements.

Q: Do your rates include lashes?
A: Yes, my rate includes lash application per client. Lashes style vary based on eye shape and clients preference.

Q: Do you carry mink lashes?
A: Yes, I carry faux mink lashes.
Custom lashes are available for an additional fee.

Q: How can I find out about your rates?
A: Please complete the detailed appointment request form, and I will respond with a custom quote based on your needs. Be sure to include any specific questions or concerns.
Some days are busier than others; however, my response time is normally within 48 hours.

Q: How long will my makeup last?
A: If I have applied your makeup, rest assured it will last all day until you remove it. I promise.
Remember blot, don’t rub! And you are ready to party and have fun all night!

How long does it take to ship an order?
Products are shipped 2-3 business days from the time you place the order. You should receive your order within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner 😉

What is your return policy?
All cosmetic purchases are final sale. No returns or refunds. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item. [email protected]
